I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We have a small bathroom and could only do a like-for-like replacement, so wanted something basic. The work was professionally done, we were consulted when Phil ran into problems that needed our decision and we were happy to leave him to get on with things alone. Phil had a great work ethic, kept the hallway carpet protected through the job and tidied up after himself really well at the end. He was also happy to throw in little extras without changing the quote. Overall we were really happy with the work.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Vio is a lovely guy. We originally got him to fix our kitchen that was installed badly by someone else but had to wait for a new work top. He ended up fitting a laminate floor in our bedroom and vinyl tiles in the bathroom and toilet as well. Very reliable and works very hard. Looking forward to having our kitchen fixed next week.
