Naim did a superb job designing and building us a fitted wardrobe. We're really pleased with the quality of the finish. We picked the colour and handles ourselves and he advised us about what would work. It's really transformed our bedroom. Naim also did some work to refit some kitchen cabinets to make room for an integrated dishwasher. Again he did an excellent job as it was quite a puzzle to work out how to make it work. He was really polite, friendly and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We initially tendered the downstairs loo floor to be retiled and had other jobs around the house to be done. The floor was done to a very good quality and it was on this basis we decided to offer the other jobs we wanted doing in the house - painting the hallway & landing, 2 bedrooms and the kitchen all very satisfactory. Very fast response to my job posting and available to view the floor for a quote within 2 days. Job was carried out within one week to a great standard - very fast fitting (within 4 hours) and good finish to sealing and replacement of all bathroom furniture. All rubbish was taken away for me as well. Price was very reasonable - much cheaper than the other quote I received and they were very willing to come back to carry out other jobs as required.

Truly awful experience. The garage conversion was ok (bar the space around the electrical back boxes being stuffed with newspaper) but the flat refurbishment was a disaster. It started ok but as the tasks became more complex, the quality of work declined. The kitchen needed 3 fits, the bathroom has had to be rebuilt, the wiring has dropped into the walls, the joinery is execrable and the radiators don’t work. The job also took 16 weeks rather than 8.

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Considerable costs to us. - Claudiu's warranty is useless. He says 12months but doesn't come back to correct defects. - significant faulty issues with Claudius Florin Draghici work.

Whilst August quote may provide you with value for money I would be caution using him. I’ve given him ample opportunity to rectify his errors but there is actually no response from him. His 12 month guarantee on labour as in his contract to you doesn’t hold. I’m also still awaiting a gas safety certificate for my gas appliance from him - which he only agreed to provide after I paid him but this still has not arrived. I have had to someone else in to remedy his mistakes.

This company was highly responsive to my request; an emergency situation that had left a vulnerable elderly mum without water or heating. From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet.
