Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Dom did a fantastic job. We reclaimed 6 Victorian pine doors for free from a skip so Dom had to do lots of repairs and making good on the old doors. They look really good. He was reliable, easy going and good to chat to. Highly recommended.

I asked Simon to paint the inside of my house and all woodwork and ceilings. I did say the kitchen and bathroom didn't need doing, so they didn't paint the bathroom door oneighbour the inside but that was part of the woodwork so you have to be specific about what you ask to be done. Also he said he would come back to look at things I wasn't happy with, I emailed him twice but he never came back.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. Henri did a first class job. The door was especially tricky as it had to be made in its entirety - not a ready made or standard door, but from panels and blocks of wood - and to look in period. The shelves also had to fit somewhat un-square Victorian alcoves. The finished items are really very good and extremely well made. I would recommend Henri without reservation.

Kent Kitchens approached us on the grounds of being experienced and reliable, but they proved categorically otherwise. The book-shelving was the worst job i've ever had done and will cost me a fortune to put right. All the tradesmen who have subsequently entered the property have been astonished at the shoddy workmanship I paid good money for. Despite Kent Kitchens claiming to have had years of experience, the job was badly planned and poorly executed and they were expensive and unreliable to boot. AVOID.
