plastering chases job. spoke to him on the phone sounded good then when he got on the job. he started work. then sent me a text saying he as started then he as done 1 because he carnt get it done in one day. not even bothered to ring me and talk about the matter just left site then sent me a msg! very very not happy!

Very dissapointing. Big puddles in flagged pathway, grouting very poor and messy workmanship, will have to get someone else in to put it right.
The services that I do is mainly painting, tiling, wallpaper and decorated.

How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
