Inspired Design completely renovated my Victorian terrace. They worked to an extremely high standard. Paul was a pleasure to deal with, he always went the extra mile to get everything right. He also had many brilliant design ideas. Despite a whole number of setbacks (the survey missed a vast number of issues with the house) Paul did his very best to keep the costs down and took real care of us. He didn't ever take a 'not my problem gov' attitude. As you'd expect with a job of this size there have all sorts of snagging issues have arisen since they finished and each and every one has been dealt with. Highly recommended.

Juan was very professional in his approach. He arrived on time and kept us fully updated on the progress of the job. The workmanship was completed to a extremely high standard. The artex walls were very thick and patterned. Other plastering quotes were only prepared to skim the walls, whereas Juan removed all the artex and patched up all walls, before applying the fresh plaster. Happy with plastering and temp wall installation, but skirting board could have been better. Ceiling plaster developed cracking, which we were promised would be made good, but unfortunately due to poor communication and lack of consideration to the customer we gave up trying to get done by the tradesman and sorted ourselves. In the end a disappointing experience.
