The team of 4 worked at an exceptional pace to complete the work which all other quotes suggested 4 weeks in a record 2 weeks. The finish on their work is superb and Rick has an amazing can do attitude. They use very high quality materials and paints which is reflected in the finish. Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. Very, very good! Liam and Matt initially quoted a very fair price with the promise that this would be the total regardless of what was found during the re-plastering of 2 large rooms and a landing. They arrived on time daily and completed the job to our complete satisfaction even including a further small job in the price.
