And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

I had reason to engage R W property mainteance to carry out some work on my roof on the 16 April. Robert turned up on time to do the work and left on completion. A few days later I discoverd the satelite dish receiver was damaged at the point where Robert erected his ladder to gain access to the roof. and the receiver had been tapped back onto the satelite support arm. Despite sending Robert messages to call me regarding this matter no reply haSbeen received to date.

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

Had Eduardo put washing poles into garden and he did not allow concrete to set properly so poles were leaning inwards and wash line therefore sagging therefore unable to hang any washing up. Asked Eduardo to come back and fix issue and he wanted to charge me for the whole job again! After frequent discussions some of which were him being very curt in his response, he still hasn’t,so I am left with an unusable washing line. Poor professionalism and attitude.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.
