The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Very unhappy with work done. The lawn has been laid without levelling, and now it has settled it is very uneven, which is going to cause a problem when I mow it. Plants have been left in and are now growing through the joins. Would not recommend

Very rushed job
We are a property maintenance company, based in Sevenoaks, Orpington and Biggin Hill, Kent, and servicing the surrounding areas We undertake all home improvements work, including renovations and decorating, and drainage. Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

He done the same thing to my brother, gave him a start date and then never turned up or answered his phone. my job is now at a stand still while I try and find another plasterer. disgusting service, will not be using or recomending him again.

He came gave us a very competitive quote, Gave us a date to start the job, No further contact from him only when I said I was going to give him a poor review did he contact me to say he would have to cancel the job the day before he was due to start. Poor communications and a VERY BIG LET DOWN.

The quote was provided quickly and the work carried out on the arranged day. After giving time for the floor to harden I found it was very uneven and sloped in two directions. I have had to correct it by applying a floor screed. Also some rubbish was left in the rear access passage behind the houses. It was agreed that it would pick it up but it wasn’t so I had to remove it so it didn’t obstruct the alley way for my neighbours.

Do not touch this company he is not reliable Chris Morris or his partner Peter lutterer ! They started my work on a stable conversion and have not done anything right from the start they employ unreliable tradesman and also are not qualified tradesman ! They have contracted the work out to a reputable company as they both have no experience in this sizeable contract ! Please look into his background b4 agreeing any works with either of them ! Very bad experience from start to them not finishing the job !

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Rubbish took trader 3 weeks to clear, Finish in some places shoddy, work left unfinished as the job was rushed. Workman had to be asked to come back and finish the job. The plumber had to make radical alterations to the bath panel to compensate for the uneven finish of the end walls. I wish I had gone with the previous trader who was more expensive but came highly recommended !

Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The fitter left the job incomplete, with countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend.
