Michael turned up promptly to give me a quote which was reasonable, included the paint and no unexpected extra costs. He managed to fit in my work within days and it was carried out to a high standard. The hall was painted in a colour matched to a Farrow and Ball shade and looks excellent and they carried out sterling work on my damaged front door which has been restored to its former state. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job.
