On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

John is highly professtional and deadicated. He did a very useful and detailed estimation prior to the work and was very realiable. If I had any questions he always quickly got back to me and kept me updated with how the job was progressing. John did an excellent job painting my house and not only that - he was very understanding and flexable when i kept changing my mind about colours and wallpaper! We cannot recommend Gordon highly enough. He is fastidious with his work and completed the 2 rooms that he decorated for us to absolute perfection in a short amount of time. Nothing is too much trouble for him. At the end of each day he tidied each room, so much so that you would almost not know he had been there! He is efficient and his time keeping is true to his word. We are delighted with the work that Gordon has done for us. If you need a decorator, look no further! Exceptional! And a nice man too!

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.
