I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. The quality of the paint work was good as well as the price! Marcin and his friend seemed easy going yet professional in their approach. There had been a misunderstanding regarding some areas I'd asked to be painted so when I spoke with Marcin about it he was more than happy to sort it out. I'd very much recommend Marcin and would ask him back again if I needed any more work done.

Work carried out the following week over 2 days as agreed, as I live an hour away from property Stewart provided photo updates after day 1 which was really useful. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

Do not hire this person. He gave us a quote for the job and told us he would be Tuesday. On Monday he text to say could we move to Wednesday...no problem. Wednesday he showed up for 5 minutes then disappeared with no explanation?? We tried to get hold of him all day. Eventually he text my husband back that night saying the job was worth more than he had initially quoted sorry for misunderstanding!! Why not just say I’ve misunderstood when I initially quoted and tell us the new price? Don’t just disappear!!

phoned to say they were coming on a Wednesday then on the wednesday they phoned to say they were going to have to come on the friday i had waited in both days and they never turned up at all i was outraged at this considering i had said in my ad i needed it done quickly!
