You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. Although not the cheapest quote and he didn't do plastering to repair the channeling he did, he was professional, did exactly what I requested, installed the lights and switches for isolation purposes and it took about 3 hours or so. He was unable to turn up for the original appointment, a job he had took longer than expected, but he came two days later. Make sure you know a plasterer if your job needs channeling doing in your walls.
