They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. We never actually managed to do the main job as it was too difficult for me to find the appropriate light fittings (double insulated lights for a kitchen at the right price) however Jakub was more than helpful and patient with me and sent me lots of suggestions in his own time.
