I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.

The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. Overall, a great service from Dragos and his team. he arrived promptly to do the estimate and gave me good advice about the fittings and the work to be done. He did have to reschedule the appointment to do the work by a few hours, some days later, but this wasn't problematic for me, The light fittings were of good quality and everything is now working again. We never actually managed to do the main job as it was too difficult for me to find the appropriate light fittings (double insulated lights for a kitchen at the right price) however Jakub was more than helpful and patient with me and sent me lots of suggestions in his own time.
