I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.
