I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. job took longer than estimated, very hard to discuss work with Enio when he does not speak fluent english. After job finished found radiator leaking, grout not cleaned off tiles, floor grout very poor and shower pump not even fitted after us showing Enio pump to check that it was ok and putting it in bathroom for fitting, it was just moved around and never fitted. I am still cleaning grout off wall tiles and will have to re-grout floor tiles, have booked a plumber to fix radiator and fit pump.
