A great job very well done, in the fitting of laminate flooring to our hallway and downstairs cloakroom, even removing, adjusting and refitting all of the sanitary ware. A slight underestimation in the time required to carry out the work and the materials required, resulting in a last minute change of work schedules to accommodate the work being finished the following day. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and quality of the job and will certainly look to use on another project when funds allow.

The guys were great, really helpful (I asked a lot of questions!) and they turned up when they said they would, working through some pretty awful weather. Can't rate them highly enough and would definitely use them again. They also bailed us out of a tight spot when the fencing supplier let us down with 24hrs to go before the job started. John took care of it and the job got sorted in the time frame they said they would. Overall - excellent. Definitely would use again.

A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
City & Guilds since 88. Worked @ Greggs shop maintenance 7yrs and Aviva & DirectLine carrying out building insurance claims 8yrs. Use Rated People to fill gaps in diary. Multi skilled in most trades. If in doubt ask, as I even paint boats. Fully insured.

Small but awkward lighting switch job. Rang and roughly priced on the phone within ! hour of job posting. Gave early time next day and arrived punctually at peak of 'school rush'. We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.
