Mr. Wilkins did not meet previous standards. I have countless texts apologising for letting me down. Mr Wilkins was unprofessional (his words), he was unreliable and could not project manage. Ensuite took 8 weeks to finally complete. Bathroom took even longer. Mr Wilkins paid for bathroom, but did not come back to finish off, despite numerous calls. So he took money for work he did not complete and I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. Can do quality work, but rate him as poor because he took money.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Roy and his son arrived and began work immediately. They cut back my extremely overgrown shrubs and ivy so the fencing could once more be seen and I have gained about three feet extra in garden space. All the cuttings were taken out of the garden and put into their vehicle, leaving the rear garden free of debris and any twigs/leaves left on the drive were removed. A good job well done.

Fitted 2 doors well, only reason for 4* is that I had to clean up the front room (although he did clean mess in kitchen, so could have been a genuine over sight) and also fill in the holes in framework with filler myself where latches were adjusted. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Completed resurfacing outside our business premises in December. The work was carried out promptly. BUT after a few months the surface started breaking down. A call was made. The contractor came, looked and said sorry but the work was for domestic purpose not business. It is blatantly obvious that this is a side road and as such will be used more than in a domestic situation. I have not seen him since. I would not have any work done by this company again.

We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
I am a soul trading kitchen fitter with over 20 years experience. I also cover all the plumbing, electrics and wall and floor tiling involved. So you can expect a first class service, without having to have different trades people to do one job.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
