Tony quoted for installing an old cast iron fireplace in our front room. What I liked was that after looking at the job, he said he would go away and work out the price (which was great value) - Others that quoted would give a price there on the spot which made me feel like they were 'plucking a figure out of the air' or trying their luck! We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it.
