Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

Attention to detail was superb. This became particularly evident during the snagging process when they picked up on things we had not noticed. Would definitely highly recommend them. Ace in every way, would highly recommend Paul. He made 2 rooms into 1 for us and matched coving and picture rail, build cabinets to match existing. You would never realise it was two rooms. Also completed a complete bathroom refit expertly and redecorated bedrooms. Saving up so I can get him back to get the rest of the house to look the same.

I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.
