I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. I am really surprised with his standard, it is actually higher standard than mine. Marian attitude towards work is what i loved about him. He is a multi skilled tradesmen. He took his time replacing my shower tray and reboxing stack pipes which now the bathroom looks 7 star. There isn't a way to add pictures for the job he did, me and my brother was amazed. please feel free to contact me for pictures or alternatively ask him to show you the pics of the property in limehouse 4th floor flat with no lift.
