I was able to appoint Marcel & Krys to take on our job that was to relay a number of loose paving slabs with a complete regrouting of the patio. They gave great advice, like installing a pump for a high-pressure shower and rearranging the toilet and sink for better use of space. Redacre contacted me( mr pete allen) he arranged for me to come and look at his last job which was a wet room it was wonderful and i had never even thought of having one!! We agreed on a price. Pete's workmanship was of the highest standard, he was always on time,clean and tidy and a joy to have in my home, as were the people whom he subcontracted to. Pete went above and beyond my expectations. My new wet room is more than i could have hoped for. Everyone who has seen has been very complimentary.

I had a problem with my roof, Ian was very helpful, gave a description of what wrong and what my options were. He took pictures of the problem, to save me going on the roof, turned up when he said he would and fixed the leak. His number is now saved on my phone!

I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work

Josh was extremely patient when we asked for additional work to be done mid job, and happily took on the extra tasks. We were kept updated at the end of each day as to what he’d done that day, and his plan for the following day.
