We undertake structural steelwork,renovations and ,we have completed many house refurbishments for local developers in recent years,mostly in the Chester area We have built new build houses. Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

These have done an amazing job. Came and quoted, with dates for us to agree upon. They turned up bright and early as discussed and worked really hard. They had a tough base to work from and I couldn't be happier. All paint work is to a high standard and they left my house tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Also I really appreciated them working with us to ensure they wernt working in rooms we needed to use and to check we were happy with their work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.
