On time, reasonably priced and nice manner. Punctured the plastic pipe, whilst placing the radiator mount, and quickly placed a joint. But that left the wall in the mount area a little hollow and a fair bit of sanding to complete. Hoping the joint doesn’t leak.

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00.
