Bryn is a great bloke, contacted me within 10minutes of posting the job and arranged to come and give a quote on Monday (posted job Saturday). Before he arrived he gave a call to say he was on his way which was great and gave me time to get back. Took a look at the job and was able to tell me exactly what was needed and what wasn't. Gave a quote on the spot and was even able to do the job the same day. Bryn juggled another job because of the urgency but didn't penalise us for it. He had all the equipment and tools needed with him and planed what needed to be done on the spot. Overall he was a pleasant and professional bloke who knew what he was doing and was good at it too. Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
