Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. They took the time to explain and discuss everything about our needs to make sure we got what we wanted at the same time as ensuring our finished article was fit for purpose. Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.
