This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. All I can say is that I was really in a fix as the boiler packed up over the Christmas period. Antonio of About Town provided a very competitive deal with a 7 year warranty on a Worcester Bosch. He arrived the day after Boxing Day and replaced the old boiler without any fuss or bother. My experience was that he is very knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and meticulous. Also he's approved by Worcester Bosch and will arrive on time rain, weather or shine.
