Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

I had to call Sean to fix a bad job done by a previous plumber. It was a difficult job as he had to fix a few issues created by the previous person. Sean just got ahead with job, without comments or judging, fixed the issues, got a few pipes reconnected by attaching new ones ad-hoc bent and got everything done within a reasonable time and honest price.

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

John was a nice chap who gave an honest assessment of our problem. John determined that there was not a fault with our plumbing and therefore we were only required to pay for his investigation effort. He was on time, polite and reasonably priced.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

Peter did a fantastic job doing a complete bathroom renovation for me. The old suite was removed and all the old tiling, he fitted the new shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail to my complete satisfaction and did several other little jobs we asked him to do which we hadn't included in the original plan. The tiling he did was beautiful and he went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy at each stage of the project. He arrived promptly every morning and put in an 8 hour day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him.
