Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

If I'll ever need a fridge engineer, Keith will definitely be my man again. I could not recommend him with more pleasure. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them
