Stay Clear. We agreed in June for him to do a total boiler/heating install starting on 14th Sept. Stuart after getting the enquiry couldn't meet quick enough, he said all the right things. In August he switched off our heating and since then despite knowing we have 3 kids and no heat he has not engaged despite 9 texts, 5 messages, the only time I spoke to him was when he picked up the phone by mistake and bumbled an answer to get rid of me. Total disrespect to my family

Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.
