They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. Tony worked solidly, cleanly and with clarity at every stage explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was above my budget amount, but he explained on his assessment visit that I was not realistic in my price estimate. Mark is such a genuine, decent and honest guy who I instantly felt at home with. He knows his stuff and did a fantastic job on a very tricky joint on fragile worktop where he was required to join two different depth pieces at an angle greater than 90 degrees. We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish. They did mowing, massive weeding, cut down dead shrubs, jet-washed the patio and came back for a second day to finish up and took away tons of rubbish that the council wouldn't even take (old petrol lawnmower)! Highly recommended.
