The representative turned up on time to quote for the job, and the quote was about what I expected and was happy with. Unexpectedly, my original house builder turned up and offered to carry out repairs free of charge, so I cancelled the job with Morris and they were very understanding. I'm not really sure what the quality of the job would have been had Morris done the work, so I only rated them 3* (average). I would certainly ask Morris to quote for all future work.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Tony Caesar has been outstanding right from the start. There are two main areas in which he excels. Firstly his workmanship: He is very profersional and extremely skillful at what he does. The inspectors from the local council were so impressed that they took photographs of his work to use as a benchmark standard for other tradesmen. On top of this, he pays great atttention to detail and hates leaving anything undone. Secondly, his courtesy: It was obvious that he was always thinking about his customers (our) needs. He was always tidy and polite. Every effort was made by him to keep any disruption to a minimum and at the end of every day, the work area was swept and tidied up. It was a pleasure to have him round. If we ever need anything doing again, his number will be the very first on our list. We would recommend him to anyone we know in an instant.
