Ray's a very professional tradesmnn. Happy to discuss all aspects of the work, which expanded somewhat from our initial discussions. He alone left brochures for my perusal, giving me the largest choice possible for both paving & fencing. He provided quotations as & when required, was punctual & extremely hard-working along with his colleague Tam. The work took 2 days longer than expected though the cost remained as estimated. They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

I really wouldn’t recommend these guys. The work they did was shoddy with lots of cut corners. Couldn’t even cut the flooring pieces in a straight line. So disappointed with the finish they did.

Gary’s communication initially was good and we agreed terms and what was needing done. The work that was carried out when he attended was good and he done a good job of it however it was raining on the day and he wasn’t able to apply the weedkiller. Since then I’ve asked him several times to come back and do this and been told he would come on a specific date and hasn’t shown up. He hasn’t been back in touch with me to arrange a date to complete this which is disappointing. Other than this the work was good

Turned up, took some measurements, told us to select gravel type and visit local builder's yard which we did. Upon contacting again, said he'd re-visit at 7:30, failed to turn up, ignored phone calls, never heard from him since, completely unprofessional.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended
Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.

With a leaky roof, these guys came out on a Sunday and the job was done within 3 days. They went out of their way to solve our problem. I would reccomended these guys and use them again without hesitation.

After receiving insurance quotes and being obliged to select the lowest price, we were leg down. Jason was a close second so we got permission to award the work to HSW. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.

Fence posts turned out not to be dug deep enough resulting in fence blowing down. John Paul arranged to repair then did not turn up and did not answer texts and calls. I am left with no fence and garden completely exposed to public footpath.

I met Paul and he was very friendly and gave me a reasonable price and timeline to build a small extension. Job started OK until he started another bigger job then the problems started. No trades for days despite being advised material was ordered and tradesmen would arrive to complete. The communication has been deplorable, they dont answer calls, txts or emails. After a full 3 months of stress i had to get intradesmen to complete this job. Do not go near this company as they will only let you down.

A start date he cancelled 4 times then came too do job built 1/4 off wall then left saying he didn't have enough sand and hasn't appeared since cancelled 3 times . So Iv cancelled him altogether .
