I needed a contractor to carry out complete renovation works (kitchen, bathroom, replastering, decorating, electrics etc) to a flat in Little Paxton, some 200 miles from where I live. I had no knowledge of any contractors in that area so used RP. Wayne’s price was very competitive and detailed. The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. His work is very good quality, very neat, quality pipes and fittings and he measures things correctly and uses a spirit level so everything looks perfect. Excellent all round,2 external doors and one frame replaced and painted. Vasile and co worked really hard and did an excellent job fitting locks and new handles. Look lovely. Did such a good job,I asked them to replace the 2 windows on outbuildings ,wood frames rotten so replace and painted using existing glass. Very good quotes for both. Will definitely contact them in the future.

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
