The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!

We used Paul to replace our conservatory floor, he arranged to view the job and arrived on time. After a few minutes with Paul you see he knows the building job inside out. He advised us of different options and wasn’t pushy. Leaving me to think it over. When we called him back to start work we were very impressed with how hard working and professional he is. When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

Despite being told that he would contact me once he had received the parts of the window he needed, I have heard nothing for the past week. I will now need to find someone else who can get the job done. I wouldn't mind if he could not get the parts, but he has not contacted me either way, and so, I have been left wondering what is happening. I have left messages on his phone, but have heard nothing more.

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply
