Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

Since having them fitted he has fitted our kitchen, hung oak doors and frames throughout, fitted skirting throughout, new pvc windows and a set of patio doors. First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

After I booked I went out to buy the door when he came to fit the door we found out I brought the wrong size door so with out any charge we rebooked a fitting when he came back we had the wrong locks he waited for my wife to get the right one 3hours later the door was fitted with no extra charge for the door fitting thank you a great job and a great price will use again
