Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

Michael was a delight. He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed on progress. His workmanship is very good and he cleaned up after himself. He took on additional work to the original job and was able to source colleagues for this. Most definitely use him again.

My trades include, but are not limited to, Plastering, Tiling, Plumbing, Flooring, Joinery, Electrical. My work is clean, reliable but most important affordable. All work is carried out to my high standards and to your satisfaction. I have enough knowledge and experience that will ultimately lead to positive feed back from all new customers. Some of my most recent work has been complete bathroom referbishments, flatpack kitchens, full room plastering, media walls (including electrics) facials and gutters, laminate and lvt flooring and hanging tvs on wall brakets. I paid Phil £195 to complete the job. The roof ended up leaking worse so I tried to get him back out to fix the problems but he ignored my initial calls then called me and told me "it's impossible that it's leaking worse" I had to get another roofer out to do a temporary fix which should be sufficient for several years, this cost me £65. I was told that £195 for the initial job was too high as "the materials would have only cost a few quid and it would have only taken a couple of hours" I wouldn't recommend

Fast friendly service but no guarantee and windows and doors company now no longer trade. Bathroom was installed by this company but they installed a faulty pipe and consequently a flood through kitchen ceiling made it uninhabitable and I had to move out and sell property because of the trauma.

Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Brand new to this website, so dont have any ratings. But with over thirty years experience in joinery as well as other building related trades. I am far from a beginner. Reasonable prices, happy to work on a day rate or a fixed price basis. Very approachable and easy to work with, good communication skills. Polite and respectful in people's homes. Have a well equipped van and happy to do small jobs. As well as larger projects.
