Truly awful experience. The garage conversion was ok (bar the space around the electrical back boxes being stuffed with newspaper) but the flat refurbishment was a disaster. It started ok but as the tasks became more complex, the quality of work declined. The kitchen needed 3 fits, the bathroom has had to be rebuilt, the wiring has dropped into the walls, the joinery is execrable and the radiators don’t work. The job also took 16 weeks rather than 8.
Our company is focusing only on quality works of property maintenance from A to Z. The crew is working together for years on different types of jobs around the house. We can proudly say our clients have been happy with us so far.

Considerable costs to us. - Claudiu's warranty is useless. He says 12months but doesn't come back to correct defects. - significant faulty issues with Claudius Florin Draghici work.

We inspected at least 6 properties that Zal Builders worked on and we were impresses with the standard of work we saw. These two builders are very competent at their skill; they are neat and clean and very professional. Spas quoted for a complete kitchen and bathroom refurb plus some floor sanding and decorating. His quote was very competitive and he said it would take 2 weeks. Unfortunately it took 5 weeks, the plumbing had to be re-done as it caused flooding in the kitchen and the bathroom tiling was bodged. Whilst Spas was very likeable and we amicably agreed a settlement, I think he was naive and also chose to take short cuts at my expense when he realised the job was bigger than he thought.

Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

We have brought in a professional builder and he has diagnosed that the wrong materials for a wetroom was used and substandard at that. We now have to remove the new tiles and start again. This means we need to purchase more tiles and more materials and re do the work done.
