We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I went for Huttons as he was the better rated and experienced of the other quotes. We are very pleased with the bookcase. We did have a number of hiccups and this is where I rate them best. Without complaint, issues were sorted out / corrected - I was not left in any way feeling awkward or anything. Often I think it is how a tradesman responds to the hiccups that sets them apart from the others, as not every job is smooth. That is why I would highly recommend them, because if you do have an issue, I can assure you it will be sorted out.
