Steve seemed a nice guy but left us with 3 leaks, a radiator that doesn't work and we had no hot water for a week ( with 2 small kids). He is not interested in coming back to repair his work and has refused to refund any money. I could not recommend Steve for any work.

I have now had to gut out the bathroom due to major damp issues and flooding as Lloyd used normal plasterboards (not waterproof) in the bathroom which were disintegrating in addition to the tiles falling off. The leaks came from his pipework from the toilet/basin/shower and most importantly, he fitted an isolation switch for the electric shower INSIDE the bathroom which is against regulations and did not create a separate shower circuit to the RCD box with its own MCB. Fortunate to have no fatalities!

Asked for £100 for one hours work to fit a door lock that I supplied. Not good value. I suggested £50 to allow 1hr labour and 1 hr travel and this was accepted straight away. Negotiate a fair price before starting work.

Very fast but shoddy paint job, messy workers . Smokers. Have had to repaint doors and call them back to touch up. ok when boss was about but not keen and happy to cut corners when he was away fro Job. nice enough boss , all polite but would not recommend workmanship .
