Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

I can't recommend Paul highly enough, he was helpful, skilled and professional. He's an organised and clean worker and the standard of the finished work was very high. I originally hired him to fit a bathroom but asked him to stay on to help with the rest of the renovation. He can just about turn his hand to anything on a renovation project and what he can't do he can help find skilled people to do. I'm not sure how I would have managed my project without him. plus he makes a mean brew!

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
