Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.

Was supposed to come back the following weekend to replace the pump and 3 port valve, but never turned up. After waiting a week I rang and left a message and I'm still waiting to hear back, that was 11 days ago now. Our house is still cold.
