We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. We found Alwin to be a true professional, we were worried about who to use after hearing horror stories about plumbers. Alwin however put our mind at risk very quickly, and even though the job became a lot larger then initially expected he managed to finish within our timescales. Since then we have had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom, however Alwin has come over to repair them immediately which I have found very impressive. I would certainly recommend AA plumbing in the future.

These guys did a great job for us. They responded to my job posting within 15 minutes and arrived on time when they came round for a site visit and having discussed the job and identified more serious problems with the central heating, gave me a quote for the whole job which I later accepted. They took a couple of days to fix the system and were efficient and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I'm please with the work standard and the cost and would definately use them again if needed.

I am very well pleased with Malcolm from the start. He turned up on time to assess the problem and advised from the start the total amount including labour that will cost me to fix the hot water. He kept me updated as he bought the parts . He was transparent and managed the work in a less disruptive way. He and his colleague were very professional and did an excellent job. Used JR Heating for full replumb and installation of new boiler and gas, on 5 bed house. Also installing new bathroom suite, and tiling. Joe was polite, helpful, flexible, and aproblem solver. Joe kept project on time and to budget (Eg sourcing the same parts for cheaper than I had found them, and finding a good plasterer for me when mine fell-through). I was happy for Joe to be in the house while I was out and he provided regular updates to me. Would strongly recommend for all plumbing/heating jobs.

Felt awful when I found out it involved a bit more work as the radiators were a slightly different size to the originals due to imperial / metric measurements but was made to feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble.
