Your website didn't offer all the tradesmen who contacted me. I ended up with Stephen Cornell of Heat Logic Ltd. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.

I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! Despite this, he was patient and thorough with a fidd;y repair and took the trouble to source exactly what I wanted for the items that needed replacing. When he left I had a new shower controller, 3 taps and a handle all sourced from different places and all looking beautiful and working perfectly. Good value for money as well. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any job .big or small.

I put this job on rated people on the Monday, had a call from Peter, from Bright ways heating on the same day and a quote on the same day. Was booked in for a radiator being moved on the Thursday of the same week. Work was done well and to a high standard as it wasn't an easy job as we have concrete floors and a trench in the floor had to be dug. He was prompt and reliable and got the work done quickly. Can't comment on price as only got one quote as needed the job done quickly.
