The work carried out was to refit a new bathroom in a different configuration. The work was completed to a good standard and we're really happy with the final look. Lee and his team were very friendly and kept tidy and clean throughout. The work did take a little longer than anticipated but this did not compromise the quality of finish. Overall I found Lee professional and trustworthy and would recommend him to others.

Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

The guys were absolutely brilliant. They came round and within 20 minutes they knew what was wrong. They had a new boiler ordered and picked up that night and came back first thing the next day to fix it. Honest, friendly and had my new boiler fitted within a few hours. Very pleased with our choice of plumber. A fair and reasonable quote for the job. They were very polite and got on with the job straight away. The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

I asked him to fix a new radiator and remedy a leak. When he did the work he drilled 3 holes through my entire wall, the leak was not remedied and the new radiator was left leaking. He returned to my property only to collect an item he left behind, but hasn't remedied his work. Five months later there is no communication from him and no fix. Previously he was offering the odd day and then didn't show up and there was no communication/explanation. He's no respect for other people or their property.

The man who came yesterday was 40mins later, the problem checking was completely wrong, and based on the wrong diagnosis, he quoted verbally a thousands of pounds bill for the job if I decided to go ahead. In fact, the National Grids came and checked out that nothing was wrong but the gas meter, so the meter was changed immediately and the system back to mornal with no charge.
