Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance

Yassen was able to facilitate a Sunday call-out at short notice and was on-time and friendly. He identified the problem (a leak) and confirmed that he could fix it just a couple of days later. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the problem but didn't charge for the part and accepted a significantly reduced amount for his second visit as he had been unable to resolve the issue.

The guys were absolutely brilliant. They came round and within 20 minutes they knew what was wrong. They had a new boiler ordered and picked up that night and came back first thing the next day to fix it. Honest, friendly and had my new boiler fitted within a few hours. Very pleased with our choice of plumber. A fair and reasonable quote for the job. They were very polite and got on with the job straight away. Arrived promptly each morning and worked solidly until the end of the afternoon. Tidied up well every evening. Always friendly and cheerful. The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.

I asked him to fix a new radiator and remedy a leak. When he did the work he drilled 3 holes through my entire wall, the leak was not remedied and the new radiator was left leaking. He returned to my property only to collect an item he left behind, but hasn't remedied his work. Five months later there is no communication from him and no fix. Previously he was offering the odd day and then didn't show up and there was no communication/explanation. He's no respect for other people or their property.
