They could not do the job because the electric hot water tank they install is a standard size. I need a emersion water tank that is no more than 450mm in diameter. But they were very polite and got back to me and were honest about why they could not do the job.

After 10yrs working for my Dads Company firstly as a Plumber then after 5 yrs Got my Gas qualification. A little over 4 years after that, I made the Step to Work for myself and be my own Boss, and Now my eldest son is now also training to be a plumber and renewables specialist. Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. The work carried out was to refit a new bathroom in a different configuration. The work was completed to a good standard and we're really happy with the final look. Lee and his team were very friendly and kept tidy and clean throughout. The work did take a little longer than anticipated but this did not compromise the quality of finish. Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

The guys were absolutely brilliant. They came round and within 20 minutes they knew what was wrong.
