Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.

They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

18 months after the works were completed, it is apparent that he has not used a suitable downpipe connection joint as it is leaking. Showing the work to a surveyor he said " Looks like they have tried to get away with using a cheap connection. They should have fitted a connection that goes into the pipe opposed to joining a UPVC into the side of it. Ideally it should be one section so there are no joints." I have emailed the builder but he has not attended site to correct this. I would not recommend him.

Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
