Dan worked long days to get the job finished on time and was always courteous and friendly. He was excellent value for money and provided all receipts for materials that he had bought. The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. He completed a number of fiddly jobs with no fuss and left the house tidy at the end of each days work. We would recommend Dan for good value and workmanship on any bathroom refurbishment.

This is the only plumber I have ever used that has actually turned up when he said he would. Not only that, but the service was excellent and he completed a 2 day job (new boiler and shower) in just 1 day! He even cleaned up after himself. T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.
