I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

David responded to my advert very promptly, came to assess the work needed and was able to start the next day. He works meticulously and has high standards. I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

His team (who I expect where family members, but I may be wrong) both where excellent. Work completed to a high standard, Remi promised a finish date and they stayed late on completion day to achieve this. Remi also done another job for me at a fraction of the cost I was quoted. T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.
